About SHS Planner
SHS Planner is a web application built to solve one very ordinary problem: Senior High School teachers in Ghana spend hours every week typing and formatting documents that could be drafted in minutes. Lesson plans, schemes of work, assessments and presentation slides all have to be produced term after term, often late at night, and often in the same repetitive format.
The tool exists to give that time back. You supply the subject, year, week and topic; SHS Planner produces a complete, properly formatted draft that you then review, adjust and make your own.

What SHS Planner Does
Lesson Plans
The core purpose of the site is to help you generate sample lesson plans to support your teaching. Plans are produced in the familiar structured format — strand, sub-strand, content standard, learning indicators, objectives, teaching activities, assessment and closure — and download as ready-to-print Word documents.
Assessments
In roughly five minutes you can generate a complete assessment package: the exam paper, the marking scheme, and the table of specification. All three arrive as separate Word documents, so the marking scheme stays out of the copy you hand to learners.
Schemes of Work
Build a scheme of work for a single semester or an entire academic year. Enter your semester dates and the weekly breakdown is laid out for you, so you are not counting weeks around holidays by hand.
PowerPoint Slides
Turn a lesson into presentation slides for classroom delivery — objectives, worked examples, diagrams, class activities and a wrap-up, formatted for projection so learners at the back can read them.
How to Use It Well
Everything SHS Planner produces is a draft for a professional to review, never a finished document to submit unread. It is generated by artificial intelligence, which means it can occasionally produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or a poor fit for your particular class.
You know your learners, your school's pace, and what your head of department expects — the tool does not. Read every document before you use it, correct anything that is wrong, and adapt the activities to the class in front of you. Used that way, it removes the typing and formatting while leaving the teaching judgement where it belongs: with you.
Who Built It
SHS Planner is built by SEACODES TECHNOLOGIES for the Ghanaian teacher. It is not a government project and receives no public funding. Development is ongoing, and feedback from teachers directly shapes what gets built next.
